The staff were lovely and accommodating. The accommodation was exceptional and immaculate. The breakfast was great. The drinks were excellent. The location was super convenient.

Friendly service, beautiful views of the sea from my small double room. It was great-sized with free Wi-Fi. The staff were very helpful and outstandingly accommodating and had a sense of humour.

The deluxe room was well-kept and recently renovated with a cozy bed, a spacious bathroom featuring a shower, hair dryer and soft bath towels.

The Richmond is a hidden gem in a great location. Situated minutes from the beach and right in the centre of Shanklin, it offers easy access to the town centre and the main routes around the island. The hotel provides excellent value for money, with its well-maintained rooms that have first-class facilities and a very comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail is evident, from the spotlessly clean entrance and dining facilities to the modern decor throughout the hotel.

Superb location and great room! the hotel was conveniently situated close to shops, bus and train stations, making it easy to explore the area. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring.

The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach which made it easy to catch some early morning sun. the breakfast was delicious and filling, especially the pre, ordered hot elements. the room was well, decorated and tidy, with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom.

There was only one minor issue with the TV, but it didn't bother us much as we were too tired to watch it anyway.

The hotel is perfectly central in a great location, just off the main shopping precinct and within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, station, and high street. The rooms are like suites, with plenty of space, two tub chairs, a TV and DVD player, and ample storage. The breakfast is excellent, with a selection of cereals, juices, and yogurts, followed by a hot and freshly cooked full English. The staff is friendly and the facility is super clean.
